You already know about the Catch-22 inherent in getting a Series 7 license
To get a job in financial securities, you need a Series 7, but to get a Series 7, you need a job in financial securities. The Series 7 securities license is administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). It permits the General Securities Representative to receive commissions on trades. Sponsorship is required for the Series 7 exam and is offered through a FINRA firm.
You will need to pay for the Series 7 exam separately as well as all subsequent charges required by the FINRA Firm.
We provide an opportunity to be interviewed on the telephone to determine if you qualify for sponsorship by a FINRA Broker/Dealer. During the interview, the FINRA firm will ask a few questions to determine your qualifications.
If you do qualify:
the FINRA firm will explain your responsibilities if you decide to continue with the program.
If you do not qualify or you do not want to continue:
send us an email and we will refund your PayPal Payment.
Understand that Series 7 Sponsorship comes with much responsibility and is not for everyone. You must be a US Citizen, reside in the 48 contiguous States, have no criminal record, no bankruptcy, and do not work for a bank. You can work from home and can have a day job, but it cannot conflict with FINRA rules which are explained to you during the phone interview.
Good Luck, we wish you much success.
